Hourly

£14.10

At Drive, we support people to live the lives that matter to them, and we are looking for compassionate, reliable colleagues to join us as Sessional Support Workers supporting our Homecare services in Monmouth.

This role offers Monday to Friday daytime working hours only, with no evening or weekend working required, making it ideal for someone seeking a better work-life balance while making a meaningful difference.

About the role

You will provide person-centred support to an individual in their own home and local community, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and daily routines. This may include support with daily living activities, accessing the community, attending appointments and pursuing hobbies and interests.

While the role is primarily focused on Homecare support, there may occasionally be a requirement to work within an affiliated supported living service. Any such support would also take place during daytime hours.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who:

💙 Are caring, reliable and committed to person-centred support
💙 Are available to work Monday to Friday during daytime hours
💙 Have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle (essential)
💙 Have previous care or support experience (desirable, but not essential)
💙 Are able to work independently and as part of a team
💙 Want to make a real difference in people’s lives

Registration & Training

As this role involves providing support within social care, registration with Social Care Wales (SCW) will be required. If you’re not already registered, we will support you through the registration process.

You will also receive full training and ongoing support, helping you feel confident in your role and the difference you’re making.
