Drive’s Commitment to Person-Centred Care
At Drive, we are dedicated to delivering sector-leading, person-centred care across a variety of settings. Our approach combines Physically Informed Environments, Reflective Practice, and a Person-Centred Support methodology, ensuring that individuals remain at the heart of everything we do.
We plan and deliver services through co-production, giving people full control over their homes and lives, and enabling them to set priorities for their support.
Our Duty of Candour
In Wales, we operate under the Duty of Candour, meaning we run our services in an open, honest, and transparent way. If an adverse incident occurs, we will inform the person affected and their representative—even if they were unaware at the time.
This principle extends to our organisational culture: we foster an honest learning environment that focuses on growth and improvement, not blame.
Your Feedback Matters
We welcome all feedback on our services. Every comment is taken seriously and feeds into our quality assurance cycle, helping us share best practice and embed learning across Drive.
Our regulator in Wales is Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). You can view our registration status and inspection reports here:

Each service has a Registered Manager, registered with the relevant regulator and professional body, and a Responsible Individual (RI) approved by the regulator as a fit and proper person to oversee services. The RI visits services quarterly to speak with people and hear feedback about the care they receive.
If you would like to speak to a service’s Registered Manager or Responsible Individual, please contact the service and we will gladly connect you.
