The Management Board

Drive is governed by a voluntary board of trustees known as the Management Board.

The Board has responsibility  for the Management of Drive, ensuring we adhere to current legislation and the Charities Commission code of conduct.

We elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the the Management Board every year. The current Chair is Karen Cherrett and the Vice Chair is Mr Geoff Lake.

The Board meets every two months to provide effective governance, supporting Drive’s compliance with legislation and regulation requirements. The Board receives monitoring information and sets strategy and policy, and we have two Board development days a year for further training and reviews of the Business Plan.
