Gender Pay Gap Report 2023
Current requirements for reporting on the Gender Pay Gap are based on calculations that show the difference between average female earnings and average male earnings. The calculations are not based on salaries paid for like for like roles. Data for 2022/2023 can be found below:
Drive is committed to the Equality Act 2010 and to gender pay equality. We use benchmarking and job evaluation systems to ensure our people are paid the same for comparable roles. All our operational and employment practices are applied using merit, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, religion or belief. This ensures we have the best people in the right roles, being paid a fair salary.
