About Drive

Drive is a values‑led social care organisation that aims to empower people to live their best lives. We’re committed to promoting independence, dignity and choice. As an employer, we take pride in being welcoming, supportive and people‑centred — creating environments where colleagues feel valued and able to grow.

The Opportunity

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organised and being at the heart of a busy office?
Drive is looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our Central Administration team to support customer service, health & safety administration and general office coordination.

You’ll develop strong admin and communication skills, support staff and visitors, and gain valuable experience in a friendly, fast‑paced environment — all while completing your Level 2 Business Administration qualification.

👉 Ideal for someone who:

  • Loves customer service
  • Is organised and reliable
  • Enjoys varied work
  • Wants to build strong admin and office skills

Interested in other areas too?

We also have a second apprenticeship pathway focusing on HR, Learning & Training administration.
If you’re someone whose interests sit across both pathways, we’d be happy to discuss how a mixed‑focus apprenticeship could work — just let us know in your application.

How to Apply

To apply, please submit the following to careers@drive-wales.org.uk

  1. Your CV

A simple CV is absolutely fine — include school/college, part‑time work, volunteering or interests.

  1. A short supporting statement answering:
  1. Why are you interested in this apprenticeship?
  2. What skills or qualities would you bring?
  3. Why would you like to work for Drive?

You can attach this as a Word document, PDF, or write it directly in the email.
