Business Development and Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a Business Development and Fundraising Manager to lead income generation and partnership development, ensuring the sustainability, strength and growth of our community projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a fundraising strategy aligned with organisational goals. • Secure funding from trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors. • Write compelling proposals and grant applications. • Build strong relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders. • Lead community fundraising initiatives and campaigns. • Drive business development through partnerships and innovative projects. • Manage our social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
