Exciting Opportunity!

We are inviting applications for an exciting opportunity from people who have a minimum of 12 months experience of working with people with a disability in a residential setting. This is an opportunity to be part of one of our Complex Needs Support Teams.

You will be providing support to people with autism in complex needs services in the Bridgend area. Shifts would consist of waking nights and sleep-ins as well as daytime support shift patterns.

You would need to have a willingness to attend specialist training and gain further qualifications in BTEC Positive Behaviour Support. We are looking for part-time or full-time positions but all applicants must be able to drive.

Please note the salary below is for full time posts. It will be pro-rata for part-time.
